Player Requirements

• Live in Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows.
• Played minor hockey with Meadow Ridge Female Minor Hockey Association last season.

Registration Steps

1. Obtain the Player's Hockey Canada ID.  If you already know the ID proceed to Step 2.
   • Login to Hockey Canada's Online Registration system
   • If you registered online with Hockey Canada last season use the same username.  If you forgot the username there is an account recovery option from the login page.
   • On the 'Home' page, scroll down to the "My Registration History" section and for the previous season click "Print Receipt" (see image).
   • 
   • On the receipt the Hockey Canada ID will be under "Order Items" in square brackets (see image). Record/copy this ID for the next step.  (If you are unable to find the ID, you can email our Registrar at registrar@barracudashockey.ca, however, due to the high volume of emails at this time of year, it could take up to 48 hours for a response.)
2. For Players, select a division from the table below to launch the appropriate registration form.  For Goalies in Atom to Juvenile, select the bottom row to launch the appropriate registration form.

Goalies (Atom, Peewee, Bantam, Midget & Juvenile) (click to contact Registrar): 9-19

• • Login with your TeamSnap credentials (or create a new account if necessary) and follow the steps to complete the registration.
    • If the player wishes to participate in Rep tryouts, you must select the 'Rep tryout' option.  Double check the amount of your registration to ensure it is the base division fee plus the rep tryout fee.
    • Please ensure the address shown in the system is current and matches the proof of residency you may be required to submit.

Player Requirements

• Live in Maple Ridge or Mission
• Never played minor hockey before.

Document Requirements

1. PCAHA Player Registration Certificate form
2. Copy of the player's Birth Certificate
3. First proof of residence document from the following list:
   • utility bills (BC Hydro, gas, cable TV, Telus)
   • property tax statement, or rental agreement
   • bank or credit card statements
   • income tax assessment or child tax credit
4. Second proof of residence document from the list above.

Registration Steps

1. Complete the 'PCAHA Player Registration Certificate form'.
2. Copy or Scan the player's Birth Certificate and the two (2) proof of residence documents.
3. Email all four (4) of the required documents to registrar@barracudashockey.ca.
4. Wait for the Barracudas Registrar to contact you with the next steps.  At this point the Barracudas Registrar will be registering the player into the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) and creating a Hockey Canada ID.  Once completed they will provide the necessary information for you to proceed with completing the registration online.

Player Requirements

• Was registered with another minor hockey association in the past.

Document Requirements

1. PCAHA Application for Player Movement form
2. PCAHA Player Registration Certificate form
3. Copy of the player's Birth Certificate
4. First A proof of residence document from the following list:
   • utility bills (BC Hydro, gas, cable TV, Telus)
   • property tax statement, or rental agreement
   • bank or credit card statements
   • income tax assessment or child tax credit
5. Second proof of residence document from the list above.

Registration Steps

1. Complete the 'PCAHA Application for Player Movement form'.
2. Have the 'PCAHA Application for Player Movement form' signed by the Registrar from the association the player is transferring from.
3. Complete the 'PCAHA Player Registration Certificate form'.
4. Copy or Scan the player's Birth Certificate and the two (2) proof of residence documents.
5. Email all five (5) of the required documents to registrar@barracudashockey.ca.
6. Wait for the Barracudas Registrar to contact you.  At this point the Barracudas Registrar is awaiting the the player movement to be approved.  Once completed they will provide the necessary information for you to proceed with completing the registration online.

Additional Information

There is an additional $15 transfer fee charged by PCAHA payable by cheque to MRFMHA.

You live in another area (for example: Langley, Abbotsford, Mission, Tri-Cities, Surrey) which has a female hockey program but your association will not have an “A” team at Peewee, Bantam, or Midget.  You will “Tryout” for one of our SFHA “A” teams but will return to your association to play “C” if you don’t make “A”.

Player Requirements

• Want to play on a MRFMHA "A" Team because the association where you live does not have an "A" Team.

Document Requirements

1. PCAHA Preliminary Tryout Approval form

Registration Steps

1. Complete the 'PCAHA Preliminary Tryout Approval form'.
2. Have the 'PCAHA Preliminary Tryout Approval form' signed by the Registrar from the association the player is transferring from.
3. Email the one (1) required document to registrar@barracudashockey.ca.
4. Mail or bring the $100 Rep Tryout Fee to your first evaluation.  

Additional Information

If you are NOT named to the MRFMHA “A” Team you will return to your home association.

If you are named to the MRFMHA “A” team you will:

1. Complete the 'PCAHA Application for Player Movement form'.
2. Pay the registration fees.
