The Meadow Ridge Female Minor Hockey Association has grown from just 95 players in 2014 to over 215 players in 2022 and we have not achieved this success on our own. We have relied on strong support from the local business community along with our group of dedicated volunteers. While this level of growth is exciting, it also brings new challenges in terms of funding and building the infrastructure to support this growth and to ensure our continued success.
How will the proceeds be used?
This fundraiser will be critical piece of our annual budget with proceeds offsetting ice time, player development and equipment expenses.
How can you help?
Our goal as a female hockey association is to develop a group of strong, independent and confident females both on and off the ice. We are looking for your help to ensure we achieve this goal! Support from our community in for form of sponsorships and donations is extremely important in making the event a success.
1. Event Sponsorship
The gala will attract up to 300 guests! Event sponsors will be recognized on our socials and will have their names on display at the venue. Sponsorship opportunities are outlined below.
- Diamond sponsor: $10,000
- Platinum sponsor: $5,000
- Gold sponsor: $2,500
- Silver sponsor: $1,000
- Bronze sponsor: $500

We are looking for donations to support our fundraising efforts, including items for raffle baskets, silent auctions or other goods and services that can be used at the event.
